I am deeply passionate about UX and possess communication and coordination skills. In my previous role at a startup, I assisted in user research and interface design for three products, adopting a human-centric approach to project management to ensure a seamless customer journey. I have hands-on experience executing user experience methodologies, including usability testing, user interviews, etc. Successfully translating insights into impactful designs has been a consistent focus of my work.
Furthermore, my academic background and participation in practical projects and workshops have equipped me with the ability to think critically about design and collaborate across interdisciplinary domains.

Through thorough design thinking and systematic user research, we are dedicated to developing the "竹報平安" app to enhance earthquake awareness and knowledge among the citizens of Hsinchu.
Initially, we conduct extensive user research to deeply understand local residents' needs, challenges, and expectations, involving interviews, observations, and collecting responses during earthquake incidents.Based on this research, we identify the app's design elements. In the design phase, we will integrate design thinking, emphasizing user experience and usability, creating an intuitive interface to ensure users can easily access earthquake prevention information.

Through research, we discovered that food purchasers for households need to purchase food more accurately to avoid waste, making it a crucial issue. Based on this insight, we came up with the concept of "FooMa." With "FooMa," we aim to gather information about food purchases made by users through a QR code scanner attached to the refrigerator. This device can alleviate the difficulty users face in understanding their food inventory and help them become more aware of food expiration dates.
